(DN) – The 4th Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition (VILOG 2026), themed “Smart and Sustainable Transformation,” officially opened on July 30 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City.

The event is jointly organized by the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA) and VINEXAD under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and is regarded as a comprehensive networking platform for Vietnam’s logistics industry.

Taking place from July 30 to August 1, VILOG 2026 has expanded significantly in both scale and quality, featuring 450 enterprises from 22 countries and territories across 550 exhibition booths. The event brings together a wide range of participants, including leading logistics corporations, international transportation and freight forwarding companies, as well as pioneering brands in robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), forklifts, commercial transport vehicles, smart warehouse equipment, and automation technologies.

In addition to the exhibition area, VILOG 2026 serves as a forum for knowledge exchange, policy dialogue, and innovation in the logistics sector through a series of forums, thematic seminars, and international dialogue programs. Activities throughout the exhibition are designed to strengthen cooperation between logistics companies and exporting enterprises, while sharing business models, solutions, and practical experience to accelerate digital transformation, promote green logistics, and enhance business competitiveness.

The exhibition also provides a networking platform connecting solution providers, industry experts, and the business community. Discussion sessions focus on commercial transportation solutions, maritime economy technologies, automated warehousing, and technological innovation to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.

Speaking at the event, Tran Anh Son, Director General of the Import-Export Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, stated that logistics is a fundamental sector supporting economic development and daily life in every country. As digital transformation, digital trade, intelligent transportation, and digital ecosystems become inevitable global trends, these areas are also among Vietnam’s strategic priorities in the coming years. The large scale of the exhibition reflects the growing confidence of the global logistics community in the Vietnamese market, as well as Vietnam’s increasingly important role in international supply chains.
