The project scales nearly 3 hectares with a total investment capital of approximately 4.5 trillion VND, consisting of building blocks rising 22 stories high with 2 basements, and is expected to supply around 2,820 apartments.

Of notable attention is that the entire planning is built toward integrating multi-amenities, ranging from kindergartens, community houses, and commercial service areas to parking lots and synchronous technical infrastructure systems, aiming to fully serve the lives of the residents.
