Before entering the internship period – a significant milestone marking the beginning of their professional journey – students of Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, and Manufacturing Engineering Technology from the Faculty of Engineering, Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU), participated in a Career Orientation and Internship Skills Training Program in enterprises. This practical activity aims to equip students with the essential foundation to confidently integrate into real working environments. 

The program was designed with the aim of helping students clearly define their career paths, align with the actual needs of enterprises, and keep up with industry development trends. At the same time, students are equipped with practical knowledge, trained in both technical and soft skills, and guided to develop a professional working attitude, discipline, and adaptability in the corporate environment. In addition, direct interaction with industry experts provides students with more practical insights, enabling them to be more proactive in preparing for their internships and future careers.

Within the framework of the program, students attended two key topics, including: Sharing practical experience and skills in enterprises, and Essential skills for participating in internships. The content was delivered in an accessible and practical manner, closely linked to real-life situations, helping students easily visualize and apply it in the working environment.

Attending the program from Dong Nai Technology University were: Mr. Nguyễn Duy Nam – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; Mr. Nguyễn Đình Thuật – Director of the Center for Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni; along with lecturers of the Faculty of Engineering and students of Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, and Manufacturing Engineering Technology.

In particular, the program was accompanied by Mr. Hoàng Bá Long – Head of Engineering Department at Kaizen Creative Vietnam Co., Ltd. With extensive practical experience in engineering and business operations, the speaker delivered insightful sharing on recruitment requirements, workplace skills, and important notes to help students quickly adapt when entering the corporate environment.
