On the morning of Sunday, June 22, 2025, the Center for Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni, in collaboration with the Faculty of Foreign Languages – Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU), successfully organized a Career Orientation Seminar for students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages in the 2024–2025 academic year.

The program featured a presentation by a representative of HLC Group, providing practical insights into recruitment trends, skill requirements, and career opportunities in the context of an increasingly globalized labor market.

Within the framework of the program, students had the opportunity to listen to practical insights covering the following topics:

• Career orientation for Foreign Languages students, helping them clearly identify personal development goals and prepare for their internship journey.

• Essential skills in a modern business environment, such as effective communication, professional work ethics, adaptability, and the ability to manage work-related pressure.

• Direct networking and Q&A sessions with the enterprise, allowing students to confidently ask questions and discuss career paths, international job opportunities, and the real expectations of employers.

Through the program, students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages not only gained updates on the latest career trends but also had the opportunity to access real-world insights from businesses, thereby enhancing their awareness and proactively preparing the necessary skills for their professional journey after graduation.

The activity also helped strengthen the connection between the University and enterprises, aiming toward the goal of training high-quality human resources that meet the demands of both domestic and international labor markets.
