(DN) – According to the Dong Nai City Construction Investment Project Management Board, the contractor consortium has arrived at the project sites and received the construction land to build temporary camps and site offices, ensuring all necessary conditions for the implementation of the DT.769 Road Upgrade and Expansion Project and the DT.770B Road Construction Project.

To facilitate project implementation, the Dong Nai City Construction Investment Project Management Board has also proposed priority construction locations to the relevant agencies and local authorities.

Specifically, for the DT.769 Road Upgrade and Expansion Project, the proposed priority construction sections include: the Km0+600 – Km1+600 section (approximately 1 km), the Km1+600 – Km3+000 section (approximately 1.4 km), the Km17+200 – Km23+900 section (6 km), and the Km23+900 – Km26+500 section (approximately 2.6 km).

For the DT.770B Road Construction Project, five priority construction sections have been proposed across Xuan Que, Xuan Duong, Phuoc Thai communes, and Binh Loc, Xuan Lap, Dau Giay wards, with a total length of nearly 18 km out of the project's total 42 km. Priority will also be given to handing over land for three bridge locations with access roads in Xuan Duong, Phuoc Thai, and Dau Giay, as well as an excavation site to provide fill material for the road embankment along the Km47+000 – Km53+000 section in Phuoc Thai Commune.

The DT.769 Road Upgrade and Expansion Project and the DT.770B Road Construction Project were officially launched by Dong Nai City on July 10, 2026. These projects play a vital role in connecting localities across Dong Nai City with Long Thanh International Airport.

The DT.770B Road Construction Project has a total length of more than 42 km, passing through nine communes and wards in Dong Nai City. According to the approved plan, the road will ultimately be built with 6 to 8 traffic lanes and a width of 60 meters. In Phase 1, the project will be constructed with 6 motor vehicle lanes and a width of 45.5 meters.

The DT.769 Road Upgrade and Expansion Project has a total length of nearly 30 km, connecting Dau Giay Intersection to National Highway 51. The road will be upgraded and expanded to 6 to 8 traffic lanes. DT.769 passes through Dau Giay Ward, Binh An Commune, and Long Thanh Commune.
