On the morning of April 19, 2025, the Center of Enterprise Cooperation & Alumni in collaboration with the Automotive Engineering Technology Division of Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU) organized a practical learning program at VinFast Southern Region – Dong Nai Branch for students majoring in Automotive Engineering.

The program was implemented with the aim of providing students with the opportunity to directly experience a real working environment at an enterprise, particularly the 3S showroom model (Sales – Service – Spare Parts), which is a widely applied operational standard in the modern automotive service industry.

Approaching Real Operational Models – Enhancing Career Experience

Within the framework of the program, students had the opportunity to:

• Observe the process of vehicle reception, technical inspection, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicles

• Learn about the application of advanced technologies in automotive technical service processes

• Explore the organizational structure and operational scale of a modern 3S showroom model (Sales – Service – Spare Parts)

• Connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience, thereby improving their observation, analytical skills, and understanding of the working environment in the automotive and electric vehicle industry

The program took place in an engaging and dynamic atmosphere, with many practical discussions between students and the team of technicians and enterprise managers. Through these exchanges, students gained a clearer understanding of operational standards, professional procedures, and the real demands of the labor market in the automotive sector.
