(DN) – On the morning of August 21, Dong Nai City Party Committee Member and Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai City People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang met with the Dong Nai delegation attending the 7th National Congress of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance for the 2026–2031 term. Dong Nai has 10 delegates representing more than 650 cooperatives operating across the city.

At the meeting, the delegates expressed their honor and excitement at receiving the city leaders’ attention and encouragement before attending the important event of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance.

The delegates also proposed several issues related to strengthening the organization of the Dong Nai City Cooperative Alliance; enhancing cooperation within the collective economy in agricultural production and consumption; and improving the quality of collective economic activities. These efforts aim to enhance competitiveness and ensure benefits for members.

Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Hoang asked the delegates to carefully study the congress documents and actively contribute their opinions, while strictly following regulations and maintaining the image of Dong Nai’s delegation. At the congress, the delegates should strengthen networking, learn from effective models, seek cooperation opportunities, and promote Dong Nai’s OCOP products. After the congress, they should promptly communicate and disseminate key information to cooperatives so they can effectively implement orientations for developing the collective economy.
