Dong Nai City has determined that FDI projects investing in Dong Nai must use new technologies, avoid negative environmental impacts, and comply with a selective investment attraction policy. Dong Nai is currently carrying out a re-planning of the areas surrounding Long Thanh Airport within a radius of 5 to 20 kilometers. The area around Long Thanh Airport will be oriented toward green and clean industrial development, with a focus on technology and logistics infrastructure. In addition, the city will strongly develop trade, services, and financial investment at commercial and regional financial centers around Long Thanh Airport. Processing industries and heavy industries will be relocated to the northern area of Dong Nai City.

Dong Nai is currently conducting comprehensive planning for the entire city and is expected to announce the master plan and promote investment attraction for projects in the fourth quarter. Dong Nai is also developing plans for urban areas that can meet the needs of experts living and working in the city. The city is confident that it will develop service chains capable of meeting the needs of foreign experts. In addition, Dong Nai is ready to support businesses in connecting with universities, colleges, and vocational schools to train human resources according to business needs.

With its overall development vision and long-standing relationship with South Korea, city leaders hope that the Korean Consul General will continue to serve as a bridge between Dong Nai and Korean businesses. Dong Nai is committed to always accompanying businesses and focusing on resolving their difficulties, from investment registration through to the commencement of production and business operations in the city.
