The 3rd conference focused on evaluating the implementation results of contents from the previous meeting, while simultaneously receiving strategic consulting opinions from businesses to finalize development orientations. The exchanges went deep into industry trends, human resource demands, occupational competencies, and the adaptability of students amid international integration and digital transformation.
The highlight of this year's conference was the organization of 4 in-depth thematic discussion sessions, including: Economics - Services - Languages; Engineering - Information Technology - Communications; Health - Environment - Food; and Science & Technology - Startups - Student Skills.
At these discussion sessions, the university directly listened to consulting and critiquing opinions from the corporate side regarding training strategy orientations, output standards, and necessary professional skills for each field. This serves as an important foundation for DNTU to continue adjusting training programs toward flexibility, practicality, and close alignment with recruitment needs.
