On the afternoon of May 6, 2026, at Dong Nai Technology University, the Internal Political Security Division of the Dong Nai City Police (PA03), in coordination with Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU), Lilama 2 International Technology College, the Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center of Region 15, and Dak O High School, held the signing ceremony and launch of the “School Twinning – Accompanying Border Areas” model.

The program was implemented to strengthen connections among educational institutions, spread the spirit of sharing, and promote the role of companionship in supporting students in border areas. It thereby contributes to creating better learning conditions, developing skills, and expanding access to educational opportunities for students in disadvantaged localities.

Within the framework of the program, the participating units signed the coordination regulations for implementing the “School Twinning – Accompanying Border Areas” model. The signing marked the beginning of a long-term cooperative relationship among the units in supporting education, strengthening companionship activities, and connecting resources to better care for students in border areas.

Speaking at the program, representatives of the units emphasized the significance of the model in promoting a sense of community responsibility, contributing to the development of a positive educational environment, and creating conditions for students in border areas to access more learning opportunities, develop skills, and shape their future orientations.

In addition to the signing ceremony, the program also included many practical activities, such as presenting awards to students with outstanding academic performance and donating computers and learning support equipment to units in border areas. These meaningful gifts not only helped improve learning conditions but also served as a source of encouragement, motivating students to continue striving in their studies.

The model’s standing committee presents 05 computer sets and 1,000 notebooks to high schools.
