At various enterprises, emulation movements focusing on "good and creative labor" alongside upgrading productivity, quality, and operational efficiency are receiving widespread responses from workers. Numerous laborers have registered specific assignments and creative initiatives, showcasing their determination to successfully fulfill corporate production and business targets while joining hands to build a growing locality.

Mr. Le Thanh Sơn, Director of the Factory Branch at Cadivi, stated that since the beginning of 2026, production operations have remained stable with highly abundant orders, inspiring workers to enthusiastically emulate one another. The proactive spirit, solidarity, and high accountability of the workforce have played a pivotal role in helping the enterprise deliver orders on schedule, driving manufacturing expansion and business growth. Concurrently, workers' incomes are secured and stably maintained, optimizing their material and spiritual well-being.

In parallel with manufacturing mandates, Cadivi launches monthly emulation campaigns to encourage laborers to spark technical innovations and maximize labor productivity and efficiency. A prime example is Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company (Thong Nhat Commune), where the emulation movement has been deployed thoroughly across manufacturing divisions, tied directly to upgrading productivity, product quality, and ensuring order deadlines. Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc, Chairman of the Trade Union at TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Tran Bien Ward), noted that after more than 30 years of investment and development in Dong Nai, the enterprise has always considered the locality its long-term home. Through the emulation campaign, the Municipal Labor Federation calls upon trade union members and laborers to promote their traditions of solidarity and responsibility, actively engage in production, and upgrade efficiency, quality, and work outcomes. Concurrently, all Trade Union echelons will continue to accelerate patriotic emulation movements, encouraging technical innovations and modifications to help construct a civilized and modern Dong Nai.

At the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung, Member of the Municipal Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and Chairman of the Municipal Labor Federation, announced that the city's Trade Unions are highly determined to successfully deliver the target of contributing 9,000 initiatives, scientific research topics, technical modifications, and management solutions during the 2026–2027 period. Responding to the special 500-day accelerated campaign, Long Thành Golf Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (Phuoc Tan Ward) launched a high-demand emulation drive among its entire staff, executives, and laborers. The core contents focus on upgrading service quality, optimizing operational workflows, cultivating creative initiatives, enhancing performance, and engineering a professional, civilized working environment.

Mr. Lai The Dong, Chairman of the company's grassroots Trade Union, stated that beside continuously upgrading service quality and building a highly professional corporate image, the unit consistently dedicates special care to the material and spiritual lives of its laborers. Simultaneously, the company actively participates in social welfare activities, accompanying the locality in caring for vulnerable groups and community-oriented programs.
