On the afternoon of June 20, Ms. Giang Thi Phuong Hanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Binh Phuoc Ward People's Council, chaired the 16th Conference of the Ward Party Executive Committee in 2026. The event aimed to review the implementation situation of Resolutions in the first 6 months of 2026 and pass the Scheme on Arranging and Reorganizing Quarters within the ward.

In the first 6 months of 2026, targets and tasks across various sectors achieved positive results. Total state budget collection reached over VND 545.8 billion, attaining 70% of the assigned estimate. The rate of administrative profiles resolved on time or ahead of schedule achieved high results; the administrative reform index and the citizen and business service index ranked 2nd out of 95 communes and wards across the city.

At the conference, the Ward People's Committee presented the draft Scheme on Arranging and Reorganizing Quarters within Binh Phuoc Ward to ensure standards regarding population scale and area, streamline apparatuses, and improve the operational validity and efficiency of the grassroots political system. Following the reorganization, the number of quarters in the ward is projected to decrease from 37 to 12, a reduction of 25 quarters (a rate of 67.5%), while 100% of the quarters post-reorganization will fully meet the prescribed regulatory standards.

Delivering the concluding remarks at the conference, Ms. Giang Thi Phuong Hanh emphasized the key tasks that need focused implementation to achieve and exceed the targets and resolutions set forth by the Ward Party Committee for the year 2026. Among them, each agency, unit, and individual registering to participate in the special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign must attain concrete results and products across each specific sector, successfully fulfilling the assigned tasks in 2026.
