Gold Prices Rebound by Nearly VND 1.5 Million per Tael
(DN) – As recorded on July 2, gold prices in several central wards of Dong Nai City unexpectedly rebounded by nearly VND 1.5 million per tael.

Specifically, by late afternoon on July 2, SJC gold bar prices increased by VND 1.4 million per tael for both buying and selling compared with the end of June 2026, reaching VND 145.4 million per tael for buying and VND 148.4 million per tael for selling. The spread between buying and selling prices remains at VND 3 million per tael.
PNJ gold bar prices currently stand at VND 145.4 million per tael for buying and VND 148.4 million per tael for selling, up VND 1.4 million per tael on both sides compared with the beginning of this week. Doji Gold & Gems Group’s Au Vang Phuc Long gold is priced at VND 145.4 million per tael for buying and VND 148.4 million per tael for selling, increasing by VND 1.4 million per tael compared with the start of the week.
Similarly, gold ring prices also recovered. By the end of July 2, Doji Gold & Gems Group’s 9999 round gold rings under the Hung Thinh Vuong brand were bought at VND 14.54 million per chi and sold at VND 14.84 million per chi, equivalent to VND 148.4 million per tael, up VND 140,000 per chi, equivalent to VND 1.4 million per tael, compared with the end of June 2026. PNJ plain gold rings were bought and sold at VND 14.54 million and VND 14.84 million per chi, respectively. SJC 9999 plain gold rings were bought and sold at VND 14.53 million and VND 14.83 million per chi, respectively.
