(DN) – On August 20, Standing Committee Member of the Dong Nai City Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai City People’s Committee Le Truong Son chaired a meeting with relevant departments and agencies to review progress in connecting data to the Dong Nai City Monitoring and Operations Center (IOC).

According to the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology, the department has established a team to operate, analyze, and utilize the city’s IOC Center, assigning specific tasks to its members to coordinate directly with focal points from departments and agencies. The IOC Center has begun collecting, synchronizing, and integrating data from departments, agencies, and units through technical methods including automatic API (Application Programming Interface) connections directly to specialized database management platforms and the Reporting Information System (LRIS).

In addition, automatic/semi-automatic conversion tools (Tool Import) are used for data provided in Excel templates and periodic reports. These tools also support units that are developing automatic connection systems or embedding links to specialized software that is currently being coordinated for API integration.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Committee Member of the Dong Nai City Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Le Truong Son emphasized that relevant departments, agencies, and units must continue ensuring connectivity and providing sufficient data to support management and administration and meet the city leadership’s requirements. Particular attention should be paid to resolving technical issues and strengthening secure and compliant data connectivity in fields such as finance, statistics, healthcare, agriculture, and environment.
