Journey to the Roots – Inspiring National Pride and Spreading the Youth Tradition of DNTU
On the morning of March 25, 2025, the Center of Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni, in collaboration with the Youth Union, organized the "Journey to the Roots" program at the War Zone D Historical Relic Site (Vinh Cuu District, Dong Nai Province). The program took place in a solemn and meaningful atmosphere, attracting a large number of participating students.
This is a practical activity aimed at educating about historical traditions, fostering revolutionary ideals, and inspiring national pride among the young generation.

Traditional Education – Nurturing Ideals for Students
Within the framework of the program, students participated in a variety of meaningful activities, including:
-
Visiting and exploring historical exhibition areas at the site
-
Listening to presentations about the formation, development, and historical role of the D War Zone during the resistance wars
-
Taking part in group activities, exchanges, and sharing their reflections after the journey
Through historical stories and hands-on experiences, students gained a deeper appreciation of the value of today’s peace, while also strengthening their awareness of the younger generation’s responsibility in learning, self-development, and contributing to society.

Spreading the Spirit of Youth – Strengthening Youth Union and Student Association Connections
The program provided an opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding of the traditions of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, thereby encouraging them to actively participate in Youth Union and Student Association activities within the University.
The Center of Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni not only accompanies students in their academic journey, internships, and career orientation, but also collaborates in organizing traditional education activities. These efforts contribute to developing a generation of DNTU students who are dynamic, responsible, and full of aspiration.

Although the “Journey to the Roots” program has concluded, the spiritual values and historical lessons continue to resonate with every participating student. This was not merely a field trip, but also a meaningful reminder of the responsibility, mission, and spirit of dedication that today’s youth should carry forward.
