(DN) – On August 21, at the Nestlé Tri An Factory (Amata Industrial Park), Dong Nai City, Nestlé officially put into operation a glass-jar soluble coffee packaging line (Jar Line).

This is one of the most modern coffee packaging lines in Nestlé’s global production system, helping increase production and operational capacity, enhance the added value of coffee beans, and reaffirm Nestlé’s long-term investment commitment in Vietnam.

The Jar Line has an initial capacity of more than 350,000 coffee jars per day. It features a high level of automation, with integrated operations from raw material handling to finished products, while supporting multiple product lines.

The closed-loop production model helps improve productivity, ensure operational stability, and maintain consistent product quality in accordance with Nestlé’s global standards.

The Jar Line also marks a step forward in the digital transformation of the Nestlé Tri An Factory. Sensors, cameras, and real-time data management systems enable comprehensive monitoring of the production process, support faster decision-making, and improve data-driven operational efficiency. Soluble coffee products packaged in glass jars from the Jar Line are exported to 11 international markets, with further expansion expected in the future.

This contributes to enhancing Vietnam’s internationally standardized production capacity while strengthening the role of the Nestlé Tri An Factory in Nestlé’s global coffee production and supply network.
