During the first 6 months of 2026, Dong Nai City's foreign affairs activities continued to be deployed proactively and effectively, contributing to promoting the locality's image, potential, and investment environment, while simultaneously strengthening foreign information and ensuring ideological security in cyberspace.

According to the report by the City People's Committee, in the first 6 months of 2026, the city organized 59 outbound delegations, including 6 led by city leaders. Concurrently, the locality welcomed 12 city-level international delegations and 175 working delegations visiting sectors, departments, and local authorities to exchange experiences and explore investment cooperation opportunities across multiple fields.

Along with expanding international exchange and cooperation activities, consular tasks, citizen protection, and mobilization of overseas Vietnamese continued to receive close attention. The city deployed various solutions aimed at attracting overseas Vietnamese resources to participate in investment and business, contributing to socio-economic development. At the same time, it enhanced connections and support for overseas Vietnamese and foreign investors during their process of exploring local cooperation and investment opportunities.

The results achieved in foreign affairs and international integration have contributed to elevating the position and image of Dong Nai City, while creating further momentum to drive investment cooperation and socio-economic development in the coming period.
