Resolving Obstacles for Enterprises: Dong Nai Inspects 53 Commercial Residential Projects
The Dong Nai City Inspectorate has recently announced the decision to inspect 53 commercial residential projects with approved investment policies in order to resolve existing bottlenecks.

On May 11, the Dong Nai City Inspectorate announced decisions by the Chief Inspector regarding the establishment of four inspection teams to examine 53 commercial residential projects facing prolonged difficulties, obstacles, and backlogs in Dong Nai.
The inspection period is set for 30 days.
The scope of the inspection focuses on compliance with legal regulations regarding investment, land, construction, and the environment, as well as the fulfillment of financial obligations and real estate business activities.
Among the projects under inspection are several with significant obstacles, such as the Nui Dong Dai residential project (Phuoc Tan Ward), the Hamlet Dong residential and resettlement project (Phuoc Tan Ward), the D2D Apartment complex, the Dong Xoai II residential area, the Tan Thanh commercial, service, and residential area, and the Ngoc Dien Phat residential project.
According to the Inspectorate, the formation of these inspection teams follows the directives of the City Party Committee and the Dong Nai City People's Committee to implement Central policies on resolving difficulties and bottlenecks for long-stalled projects.
Based on the inspection results, the teams will identify specific issues and propose solutions according to their designated authority.
279 Projects Facing Obstacles in Dong Nai
Previously, Dong Nai reported to the Central Government that there are 279 backlogged and prolonged projects within the province, including 144 projects in the former Binh Phuoc area and 135 projects in the former Dong Nai area.
Among these backlogged projects, several are currently under the jurisdiction of Central authorities for resolution.
The remaining 111 projects with obstacles fall under local jurisdiction, including 60 commercial residential projects, 7 power transmission line projects, and 38 projects identified by audits as overlapping with bauxite planning in the former Binh Phuoc area (which were licensed for pig farming, feed production, cashew processing, and residential development).
Through the review process to propose solutions for projects under local authority, Dong Nai functional agencies stated that among the 60 commercial residential projects, 6 have completed land allocation and the issuance of land use right certificates.
