Strengthening the Role of Connecting Businesses with the Market

Over the past period, the Dong Nai City Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center (XTĐTTMDL) has consistently accompanied businesses through investment and trade promotion programs and tourism promotion activities. These efforts have helped businesses expand cooperation, bringing their products closer to the market.

“Bridge” Between Businesses and the Market

At these programs, the city’s XTĐTTMDL Center has consistently focused on creating spaces to display and introduce products from businesses both within and outside the city. This has helped businesses strengthen trade connections, seek cooperation opportunities, expand their partnerships, develop markets for their products, and gain more opportunities for sustainable growth.

At events, display areas featuring Dong Nai products such as processed and packaged cashew products (salt-roasted cashews, seasoned cashews, and cashew candy), Tan Trieu pomelos, and tourism products offered by travel businesses across the city have become effective promotional channels, helping local business products reach partners and tourists more easily.

Mr. Pham Hoang Quoc Bao, Director of Tri An Adventure Experience Tourism Co., Ltd. (Binh Minh Commune), shared that his company has participated in numerous promotional and trade promotion events, as well as tourism service development cooperation programs organized by the city’s XTĐTTMDL Center. Notable examples include the 2025 Hanoi Autumn Festival and a 2026 tourism survey and development cooperation program in Lam Dong Province, in which the company was among 70 travel businesses from the city taking part.

Through the program, dozens of tourism destinations and accommodation providers in Dong Nai City and Lam Dong Province “joined hands” by signing memoranda of understanding to strengthen cooperation between tourism businesses in the two localities. The initiative aims to tap into and maximize their potential and advantages while developing and promoting quality tourism products and services that meet the increasingly diverse needs of travelers.

According to Mr. Pham Hoang Quoc Bao, these programs have helped promote Dong Nai’s outstanding products while contributing to building a sustainable brand for the tourism sector.

Always Accompanying Businesses

Some businesses participating in trade and tourism promotion programs shared that they had opportunities to connect with distinctive destinations in the two localities, creating new and attractive travel itineraries while extending tourists’ stays. Businesses hope that the cooperation agreements will be followed by practical programs, with Dong Nai tourism businesses working together to develop regular joint tours.

Tourism today is no longer developed by individual localities in isolation, but through cooperation, connectivity, and shared value creation. Therefore, strengthening cooperation between local businesses and other organizations is not only a practical necessity but also a long-term development direction aimed at maximizing the potential and advantages of each locality.

Ms. Tran Thi Thu Trang, Deputy Director in charge of the city’s XTĐTTMDL Center, said that for many years, the center’s promotion activities have gone beyond simply participating in conferences, trade fairs, and business networking programs. The core value the center pursues is to use each promotional activity to bring new opportunities to businesses, create substantive connections, and open up opportunities for long-term cooperation.

Ms. Tran Thi Thu Trang emphasized that, through its operations, the city’s XTĐTTMDL Center is working toward becoming a bridge between Dong Nai businesses and domestic and international partners, as well as between businesses and management agencies, industry associations, investors, distribution networks, and supporting organizations.

Ms. Tran Thi Thu Trang said: “Through supply-demand connection programs, trade conferences, fairs, exhibitions, surveys, and market promotion activities, businesses will have more opportunities to introduce their products, find customers, expand their distribution networks, and stay updated on new market demands.”
