On April 25, 2025, at the Information and Library Center, Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU) successfully organized an on-site recruitment interview program for engineering students, attracting the participation of many enterprises and a large number of final-year and soon-to-graduate students.

The program was organized to strengthen the connection between the University and enterprises, while providing students from majors such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering Technology, and other related engineering fields the opportunity to directly meet employers and seek job opportunities aligned with their academic training.

Building a Bridge Between Students and Enterprises

At the event, participating enterprises conducted direct interviews, discussions, and candidate assessments, giving students the opportunity to experience a real recruitment process while still studying at the University.

The program took place in a dynamic and professional atmosphere, with students actively engaging in learning about recruitment demands, required skills, and career orientations shared by enterprise representatives.

Positive Outcomes from the Program

The program achieved many encouraging results:

• More than 180 students were directly interviewed by participating enterprises

• Many students were offered internship opportunities or official job positions during the event

• Enterprises highly appreciated the learning spirit, professional attitude, and solid academic foundation of DNTU students

Through this activity, students not only had the opportunity to seek employment but also developed important skills such as interviewing, communication, and presenting their personal capabilities to employers.
