The 1st Business Council Conference – 2025 at Dong Nai Technology University
On April 8, 2025, at Meeting Room 1 – Information and Library Center, Dong Nai Technology University held the 1st Business Council Meeting in 2025. The event aimed to approve the operational regulations and define the working orientation of the Business Council, while also discussing strategies to enhance the quality of training, internships, recruitment, and human resource development.

Representing the enterprise partners, the conference was honored to welcome representatives from 20 partner companies that have been accompanying the University in training cooperation, recruitment, and student internship programs.
The establishment of the Business Council is considered an important step in strengthening the connection between education and real-world practice, thereby contributing to improving training quality in accordance with labor market demands. The Council will serve as a solid bridge between the University and enterprises, creating a supportive ecosystem for developing a young, dynamic, and highly skilled workforce.
At the conference, M.A. Nguyen Dinh Thuat – Director of the Center of Enterprise Cooperation & Alumni announced the Decision on the establishment of the Business Council of Dong Nai Technology University, along with the official list of its members.
Continuing the program, Mr. Hoang Thanh Tung – Director of Kaizen Creative Vietnam Co., Ltd., and Chairman of the Business Council of Dong Nai Technology University shared his expectations and commitment to accompanying the University in training and developing students in line with the practical needs of enterprises. He emphasized:
“We highly value our partnership with Dong Nai Technology University. The establishment of the Business Council will create a strong foundation for us to work together in developing a high-quality workforce capable of meeting the rapidly changing demands of today’s job market.”

Also at the program, M.A. Nguyen Dinh Thuat presented a report summarizing the recent enterprise cooperation activities and proposed orientations as well as cooperation opportunities for the coming period. The achievements obtained serve as an important foundation for the University to continue improving the quality of training in close alignment with practical demands, ensuring that graduates can quickly adapt to the modern working environment.

In the context of rapid technological advancement, especially the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), the labor market increasingly demands a workforce with comprehensive skills, strong adaptability, and innovative thinking.
During the discussion session, representatives from participating enterprises exchanged insights on the essential skills that students should equip themselves with, while also proposing various solutions to strengthen the connection between academic training and practical industry needs.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between Dong Nai Technology University and its enterprise partners marked an important milestone affirming the strong partnership between the two sides, opening up many practical cooperation programs in training, student internships, and recruitment.
In his closing remarks, Dr. Doan Manh Quynh – President of Dong Nai Technology University expressed his sincere appreciation to the partner enterprises for their continuous support and collaboration with the University over the years. He emphasized:
“The valuable participation and contributions of our enterprise partners are an essential resource that helps the University continuously improve the quality of education and training. We believe that with the establishment of the Business Council, the connection between education and real-world practice will become even stronger, creating a learning environment closely linked with professional practice and helping students confidently step into the future.”
