On June 22, 2024, the Alumni Association of Dong Nai University of Technology successfully organized the forum "Meeting Outstanding Alumni" with the topic "Self-Discovery and Career Orientation" at the Multipurpose Room, Library and Information Center.

At the event, DNTU students listened to valuable sharing from: 

- Ms. Luc Van Ha, Master Coach of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and International Training Expert in Neuro-Linguistic Programming at NLP University.

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Tram, assistant director at Tipu Edu, is an excellent English language alumnus of the Faculty of Foreign Languages.

- Mr. Vy Duc Nghiep, a top alumnus of the Faculty of Economics and Management, majors in business administration.

- Mr. Pham Hoang Minh Thanh, an outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Economics and Management, majors in tourism and hospitality management.

During the forum, DNTU students learned the importance of questions such as "Who am I?" and “What are my values?” By answering the questions, students could have a deep understanding of themselves and be able to find appropriate methods to apply in their studies, leadership, and careers.

In addition, the forum also brought many new perspectives and resolved students' concerns by answering questions that students had sent to the organizing board. Questions that were answered by experts and typical alumni of DNTU include:

- What is professionalism at work?

- How to learn languages effectively

- How to improve concentration while studying and working

- What to do when you lose motivation and direction in life

- Advice for work, study, and family issues

- How to identify strengths and weaknesses to choose suitable career paths

- Methods to solve difficult problems

The Alumni Association hopes that the forum has helped students understand more about themselves, their studies, and their career paths. We hope that in the future, we will continue to accompany and connect with generations of alumni to promote the humanity of DNTU alumni.
