On June 27, 2024, Center of Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni held a field trip to Heineken Vung Tau Brewery, the largest brewery in Southeast Asia, for students majoring in Food Technology, Business Administration and Foreign Languages.

During the tour, the students visited each production area and learned a lot about the Heineken beer brewing process. From input raw materials, fermenting, filtering, packaging, to quality control, all were introduced thoroughly, providing students with a comprehensive view of the beer industry. Besides, they learned about and enjoyed some of the factory's beers.

Particularly impressive to the students is the modern machinery and equipment system applied in the production process at the Heineken factory. Thanks to the application of advanced technology, the factory can maximize automation of production stages, ensure consistent product quality, and meet the increasing demand of the market. Besides, the work environment at the factory is also extremely professional, safe and ensures the health of workers, contributing to creating a dynamic and effective work environment.

More than a simple visit, this is also a valuable opportunity for students to interact with the reality of the industry and learn work experience from experts in the field of beer production. Thereby, they can orient their future learning and career paths.
